If you’ve been following Jill Alm through her 360 Reach Assessment, the first step in her brand building process, you’ve already gotten a little introduction to her brand personality.
Right at the start, Jill offered to go through this being totally transparent for all of you to see. All cards are out on the table each step of the way. It takes a totally honest and authentic person to do this, with nothing to hide.
Jill, now that you’ve finished your brand assessment, what are your thoughts?
My experience with Maren and the 360 Reach feedback process was better than I expected!
From the beginning, I was interested in learning more about myself through this anonymous feedback system, but I didn’t know exactly what I was getting myself into. Having completed this, I can say that it really has helped me look at myself in a new, positive and different way.
It has helped me create more purposeful actions throughout my day by focusing on my strengths while identifying my weaknesses. Within the first few days, I noticed I was incorporating the feedback into my daily life. It is empowering, exciting, and confidence building at the same time.
Believe it or not, the weaknesses areas of the feedback gave me the biggest boost. It seems that these areas along with your strengths are really where you can take your personal brand to the next level… and this is only the beginning!
Jill is sharing her complete, unedited copy of her 360° Reach report for everyone to see.
Be the first to meet the brand, Jill Alm, from the viewpoint of all those who know her!
Take note of her #1 brand persona: truth-teller!
Any comments?

Just started following Jill’s assessment! It’s so interesting that the top attribute perceived by others – truth teller – wasn’t on her list at all. Can’t wait to see what Jill “looks like” when she’s done with this process. Like the updated version of the 360, Maren!

It’s common that we see ourselves so differently than others see us. That’s one of the reasons this is so enlightening. Usually we don’t give ourselves enough credit. Jill’s actually matched up pretty closely – all the attributes of truth teller really came through!
Thanks for the comment, Jerrine.

Hi Jerrine,
This was an interesting revelation for me! For me, Truth Teller (honesty), Athlete (healthy/physically fit) and Judge (ethical/trustworthy) were all attributes that others selected as the top choices, but I myself didn’t select. Honestly, (there I go again…:) ) , the Truth Teller for me is really part of my genetic make-up, so I didn’t necessarily see it as a unique attribute. Same for the Athlete attribute–I really just consider this part of who I am. Now, I know that these are strong characteristics that make me unique/different and are authentic to me. Thanks for posting! ~Jill
