Hi Jerrine,
This was an interesting revelation for me! For me, Truth Teller (honesty), Athlete (healthy/physically fit) and Judge (ethical/trustworthy) were all attributes that others selected as the top choices, but I myself didn’t select. Honestly, (there I go again…:) ) , the Truth Teller for me is really part of my genetic make-up, so I didn’t necessarily see it as a unique attribute. Same for the Athlete attribute–I really just consider this part of who I am. Now, I know that these are strong characteristics that make me unique/different and are authentic to me. It’s common that we see ourselves so differently than others see us. That’s one of the reasons this is so enlightening. Usually we don’t give ourselves enough credit. Jill’s actually matched up pretty closely – all the attributes of truth teller really came through!

Just started following Jill’s assessment! It’s so interesting that the top attribute perceived by others – truth teller – wasn’t on her list at all. Can’t wait to see what Jill “looks like” when she’s done with this process. Like the updated version of the 360, Maren!
